«Our world is constantly evolving. So are you, and so is your organisation. While you're reading this, new competitors might be emerging, disgruntled employees contemplate leaving, and internal conflicts may disrupt operations. Our team

Born in a small town on the outskirts of Stuttgart (Germany), I was fascinated by other languages and cultures ever since I can remember. After a BA in Political Science and Islamic Studies at the University of Freiburg, and an MA in International Conflict Analysis at the University of Kent (UK), I spent 4 years in various positions with GIZ (the German government's development agency) in Tunisia.
As a generalist seeking a professional purpose, I found what I was looking for following a 2-year training course in systemic consulting and organisational development with the consultancy firm “denkmodell” in Berlin. Since then, I've been working as a consultant, coach, trainer and moderator in Europe, Africa and the MENA region.
In 2019, I founded the “Breitweg Consulting ltd.”, a consultancy firm that today features a growing number of recurring clients and an established, dynamic network of fellow consultants. In 2023, Zied BAHRI and I co-founded the branch “BC MENA ltd.” in order to provide our clients in the region with yet more tailor-made services. BC strives to foster the transformation of the way of working in meaningful industries.
My assignments regularly take me to Tunisia, Germany, Morocco, Algeria, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Tanzania, Jordan and Lebanon. Particularly passionate about team development (teambuilding), post-modern management approaches (e.g. role-based working) and creative and agile strategic processes, I am privileged to be able to test and develop our concepts and methods within two companies that I co-founded: Le Lemon Tour (a bicycle hire and cultural tourism service in Tunisia) and Climb'IN (Tunisia’s first climbing gym).
When I'm not working, I spend my life doing sport, particularly outdoor activities. You would often find me on the cracks in Tunisia and in the Alps. I consider climbing as much more than just a physical activity. For me, it is foremost a passion shared with friends, and an invaluable opportunity to work on myself, every time I climb up a wall.

Born in Hammam Lif, a town south of Tunis (Tunisia) between the sea and the mountains, I developed a strong bond with nature and the environment from a young age by spending a lot of time between these two natural elements.
I completed my postgraduate studies at Pierre & Marie Curie University (UPMC, Paris 6) with a focus on energy and environment. This experience gave me a solid understanding of sustainable development, addressing environmental, social, and economic aspects. Subsequently, I completed a master's degree in management and sustainable development at ESI Business School (Paris), focusing on CSR, social entrepreneurship, and impact assessment.
Back in Tunisia after an experience in the field of sustainable tourism and CSR, I worked on several aspects: on the one hand, as a business developer for Le Lemon Tour, a cycling tourism agency based in Carthage, and on the other hand, consulting and support for organisations. It was in this context that I met Markus and joined the BC team.
In 2023, we decided to expand BC's business by co-founding BC MENA Ltd. to even better serve our clients in the region. My areas of expertise include supporting and developing impactful projects, impact measurement, and capacity building, either through structured training or personalised mentoring. My missions have taken me to collaborate with partners in various MENA countries, including Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, as well as in Tanzania and Senegal.
Passionate about sports, I consider each sporting challenge as an opportunity to surpass myself. I attach great importance to physical activity and in my free time I also enjoy camping, discovering new hidden gems, whether in Tunisia or elsewhere in the world.
